This is an easy comfort food that puts our homemade chevre to good use.
1 lb. pasta
2 T. butter
2 t. dried basil
1 3/4 c. Parmasean
3 c. whole milk
1 lb. chevre (goat cheese)
2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1. In a large oven-safe pan cook pasta according to package (or pasta recipe) directions and drain.
2. Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
3. Add all other ingredients and stir until combined and cheese is melted.
4. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Serve and enjoy! I love to pair this with a grilled grassfed beef steak and chinese baked green beans.
